This may be obvious but when deadlines are tight the basics can be overlooked. This checklist will provide guidance on issues to check when creating a job spec.
Candidate specification
1. Job title
- Make sure the job title is a true reflection of what the role entails
- Also make it relevant to the market and what the job seekers are searching for. Don’t use internal jargon in the job title or create a job title which means nothing to potential job seekers (i.e. ‘IT Customer Advisor’ rather than ‘CX136 Enhancement Agent’)
