Russell Clements, Ex SThree CEO Joins Empiric Group as Non-Executive Chairman

has announced that Russell Clements has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect. Clements, 53, retired from LSE listed SThree Plc after eight years as CEO in December 2012. Clements spent twenty-six years with the business having joined shortly after its inception. He is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Hunter Healthcare and cube19.com.

About Russell Clements
Russell is the former CEO of SThree Plc, an international specialist staffing business with approximately £1bn in annual revenue. He was appointed CEO in 2004 and led the flotation of the business on the London Stock Exchange in November 2005. During Russell’s tenure as CEO, the business grew from twenty offices of which five were overseas, to 64 offices in twenty countries.
Russell is the Non-Executive Director (NED) Chairman of cube19.com, a Software as a Service (SaaS) company specialising in the area of Visual Analytics. Russell is also the NED Chairman of the boutique recruitment firm Hunter Healthcare.
Russell has a Degree in Government from the University of Essex & is a Graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. Russell is also a former Chairman of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo).
