Who is responsible for improving gender parity in the tech sector?
This was the question asked to 40 tech professionals who attended our Cambridge event in March 2018. The answer, everyone from Government guidance through to company policy and individuals changing the status quo and making change happen. Hear what was discussed via the video below.

XX Factor event speakers
The two speakers provided valuable insight into what can be done now to attract more women into the technology sector (currently just 17% of the work force is female), and the challenges women have faced to date.
Marie-Clare Fenech, Next Tech Girls, identified the positive impact firms have benefited from by pro-actively targeting girls for work experience and their on-going engagement.
Maria Vigliotti, SESO Global, personal insight showed the barriers that she faced and overcame to establishing herself within the industry.
