Proud Hires
Proud Hires is an initiative from Empiric that actively promote equality within the technology and recruitment sectors. Championing the LGBT+ community, Proud Hires proactively connects LGBT+ candidates with LGBT+ friendly employers who are specifically looking to enhance or maintain diversity within their teams.
We work with clients on a one-to-one basis to provide specific support and guidance on inclusion and equality initiatives, to support them in nurturing an LGBT+ friendly and inclusive workplace and attract the best professionals, regardless of their sexuality.
Stonewall Partnership
In May 2015, Empiric partnered with Stonewall as a Diversity Champion. Stonewall is the UK’s largest LGBT+ charity. This partnership has allowed us to improve how we attract, support and develop our staff so that they feel confident to be themselves at work.
Trans*formation
A community that offers advice on trans-friendly employers. We work with Trans*Formation to create best-in-recruitment practices and engage with clients to maximise diversity and equality in their businesses.
