Drama / Psychology

How did you get into technology?
I started in sales - first with creative design agencies and then I moved into digital design agencies. I moved from sales to project management and client management which required me to get a real grip on the tech involved in building products. After running other people's teams for them, I finally made the jump and set up my own in 2012.

What advice would you give to girls looking to get into a tech related career?
More haste, less speed! There's so much pressure to do everything faster and faster but when you take the time out to think, prep and plan, so much stress and the mistakes that stress can cause can be avoided.
