Monthly yoga sessions
Empiric is pleased to be partnered with Wellbeing Yoga to provide employees with an opportunity to refocus their inner energy and reenergise their personal wellbeing. Using Yoga Nidra, these specially designed office-based sessions are accessible to anyone and incorporates a mixture of yoga moves and meditative restfulness.
Wellbeing Yoga also works with other high performing businesses including West Ham United who recognise the importance of wellbeing and mindfulness amongst their employees.
Monthly massages
Aru Na Uche provide free massages to all employees. Al from Aru Na Uche provides a range of treatments from Swedish message through to deep tissue and stretch massage.
These will help you destress, reconnect and be rejuvenated, resulting in a greater sense of wellbeing.
